Marketplaces: looking to figure out how to achieve compliance as 14 September looms large? The Lemonway White Paper has your name on it!
In order to be ready for the upcoming entry into force of PSD2 on 14 September, we have taken the initiative of compiling a white paper ‘PSD2 and Marketplaces’ jointly written with the law firm Haas Avocats, who specialise in New Technology law.
We elected to focus on the impact of PSD2 on marketplaces, which are directly concerned by these regulatory changes, given that they must almost always use a third party to handle payments.
Our purpose was to review the new directive and not only highlight its significance and the issues raised, but above all, to provide pedagogical insights into the various possible configurations and possible solutions for achieving compliance.
With this white paper, we want to make it possible for every player in the FinTech ecosystem, and especially for marketplaces to grasp the issues raised by the new regulations and adapt comfortably to their implementation.
