• Delayed capture: payment on a future date, such as upon shipment

• Recurring payment: payment for subscriptions

For your payment page, you can choose from two options: a customizable page for seamless integration, or a hosted fields option for fully branded, immersive payment experience.

And when it comes to security, you can rest easy knowing that Lemonway is PCI-DSS-certified and compliant with the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2).

We offer you the option of debiting your customers via SDD (Core or B2B). Depending on your customers and your refund policy, you can choose from the following options:

• Core mandate: for individuals and legal entities, with the right to request a refund without having to give a reason within 8 weeks of the debit, and up to 13 weeks for an unauthorized debit
• B2B mandate: for legal entities only, with no right to request a refund beyond the processing period (3 business days following the execution date)

We also offer additional direct-debit payment options for your marketplace, including: 

• Instant payment
• Recurring payment
• Scheduled payment (via previously agreed installments)

In addition, Lemonway offers two options for signing direct debit mandates: opt-in and electronic signature.

We accept domestic, SEPA, and international bank transfers,

with two options for hassle-free reconciliation and faster access to funds: 

• Virtual IBAN: provision of dedicated bank details associated with your merchant's account (on request via API)
• Pay-by-bank: fully-integrated purchase process from Lemonway, by initiating a transfer from your banking application

With our solution, you can let your customers pay in installments.   
This payment option helps boost average spend, put customers’ minds at ease, and attract more business to your marketplace.

We accept local means of payment such as iDEAL, MB WAY, and Multibanco.

By giving your customers the option of paying by PayPal, you boost your conversion rate while benefiting from the platform’s advantages (BNPL, refunds, etc.).

We accept payments by check, which is still a popular payment method in some circumstances, such as for wedding gift lists and donations, and in the charitable sector.
